UFOMENA Shipping Policy

At UFOMENA, each product is made to order. This means your item is created after your order is placed, rather than being pulled from pre-made inventory.

This helps reduce unnecessary waste and allows each piece to be produced specifically for the observer receiving it.

Order Processing

Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

Production time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and seasonal demand.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after production is complete.

Typical delivery estimates:

United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
International Orders: 7–21 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other conditions outside of UFOMENA’s control.

Made-to-Order Apparel

Because UFOMENA products are made to order, shipping does not begin immediately after checkout. Your item first enters production, then moves into shipment.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including:

Size
Color
Shipping address
Product selection

Once an order enters production, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

UFOMENA is not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, UFOMENA does not control the delivery timeline.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with:

Your local carrier
Neighbors or household members
Your building/mailroom
The address entered at checkout

If the issue continues, contact us and we will do our best to help you investigate the order.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country.

These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

UFOMENA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Multiple Items in One Order

Some items may ship separately depending on the product type, fulfillment location, or production timing.

If you order multiple products, you may receive more than one package and tracking number.

Shipping Damage or Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
